I was never mad about fitness, I exercised because it helped me stay in shape but I never really had awareness as to the benefits of keeping fit until I fell pregnant with my daughter.
We all put on those baby pounds and I wanted to get fit and feel healthy as quickly as possible. On embarking on my new fitness regime, I began to realise there was no real programme designed to fit into my new lifestyle as a working mother. Crèche facilities were only open during the day and with a husband travelling frequently overseas on business I had limited time to use my gym membership
When I approached a Personal Trainer I was shocked at the lack of flexibility and felt I was just given a basic “one-size-fits-all” programme. It was with this experience that I made the decision to become a fitness professional. My passion to design personalised programmes is the key to my client’s fitness success.
