Fighting Fit
'Fighting Fit' is a combat based, three week programme which will help increase energy levels whilst building muscle and increasing flexibility and aerobic fitness.
Individually designed skipping workshops and strike routines, using a variety of punches and kicks with gloves and focus pads, will help you fight your way to fitness.
