I’ve run my AF All In accountability programs for 19 years now and each year I focus on evolving the program to make it the best tool possible to help you, our clients be the best version of yourselves.

✅ Personal goal setting with your dedicated accountability coach

✅ Weekly group call to review your goals where required at an agreed weekly time

✅ Personalised fitness plan to follow in Open Training and/or at home within the 3 week period. Delivered via our app

Access to the following classes weekly online:

✅ Monday 6:45am Train with Natt Powerplate or online

✅ Tuesday lunchtime Pilates (online only) compulsory. Catch up available.

✅ Wednesday 7:00am Kettlebells

✅ Saturday 8am Indoor Bootcamp

✅ 1x Personal Training session with Natt Online only.

✅ 3 x Body Composition Scans (1st, 2nd, 3rd) or weigh in consultations
