Natt Summers founded the Accomplish Fitness Studio to create a more personalised, unique and private environment for Personal Training, Semi Private PT and Small Group Training.

Our team are all qualified level 3 Personal Trainers or above.

Our trainers have been through the AF Training process, which means not only they certified in anatomy, physiology and weight management, they also share our ethos, principles and disciplines to training. 

Our Mindset Coaches are fully qualified and certified by The Mindset Academy to deliver a consistent and highly professional experience to our client base. Our goal is to help you change the way you think, train and fuel forever.

Personal Training

Personal Training is exactly that - your goals agreed with us and a fitness plan designed for you the individual. Our team of trainers deliver you, your sessions and progress and review your fitness over 6 week blocks.

Semi Private Training

An affordable way to experience all the benefits of Personal Training with the motivation of training in a like minded community.

Small Group Training

Our SGT ethos is based on the proven and recognised principals of enhanced interval training.

Interval training, specifically high intensity interval training (HIIT), offers maximum benefits in a shorter period of time to help you get the results you want without needing to spend hours in the gym.

Our SGT involve delivering exercises for alternating periods of short intense exercise with complete rest periods. The use of short, intense workouts has been proven to provide improve fitness, improve lean muscle mass, increase fat burning capability, help prevent cardio vascular disease and improve your overall body composition.
