I am a Founder, Fitness Presenter, Business Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of experience at the absolute frontier of the wellness industry. Since founding Accomplish Fitness in 2004, I’ve been on a mission to help individuals and businesses achieve peak performance through a blend of innovation, technology, and a bulletproof mindset.
The Visionary: Creating Global Brands
I have a passion for building world-class fitness concepts from the ground up. Most notably, I co-founded Bear Grylls Fitness alongside Bear. I personally conceived, designed, and launched the brand from scratch, transforming a high-profile vision into a global reality. As a best-selling author of Your Life – Train for It and having navigated a successful global brand exit, I bring a rare "founder-to-exit" perspective to every project I touch.

I bridge the gap between elite coaching and longevity science. In my specialized Red Light and Heated Infrared Studio, I treat my clients using my "All In" method mastering the science of living better, longer.

Having trained with Natt Summers for over 20 years, she has evolved from a dedicated athlete into an elite coach with a 360 degree understanding of our philosophy. Lou merges two decades of brand history with a recently expanded, hig hlevel skill set to deliver sessions that are technically precise and incredibly high energy.

Coach BenI’ve been in the fitness industry for 11 years since falling in love with it after taking on my own fitness journey, seeing what fitness did for me and my life I am very passionate about helping others achieve their own goals and setting them up for success. I joined the fire service 3 and a half years ago where I continue to work not only on my own, but my crew mates fitness, keeping us all at the level we need to be.
I believe exercise is for everyone and should be an enjoyable experience, let’s do this together

Meet Ethan:Hi, I’m Ethan, a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach focused on helping people build confidence through fitness.
I started training in my late teens, and it completely changed how I saw myself. I was a quiet, reserved kid, but the gym gave me structure, direction, and the confidence to step out of my shell. That experience still shapes how I coach today.
For me, training goes beyond how you look or how much you can lift. It’s about how you feel in yourself, the confidence, mental clarity, and sense of control that carry over into every part of your life. This is what I aim to bring to every client.
I’m passionate about meeting clients where they are at and helping them progress, whether totally new to fitness, returning after a break, rehab after injury, wanting to achieve a personal goal or challenge, or helping them take their own training to the next level.
I’m here to work with you and support you in your goals, your journey and your ability with the simple of aim of helping you gain confidence, building new, consistent habits and structure that last for life and not just for a few weeks.

Georgie Soskin
Georgie is a trained cookery teacher and graduated from Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2006, where she went on to teach as a senior teacher for over 12 years. She has also taught at James Martins cookery school in Chewton glen and spent extensive periods times in the Indian Himalayas helping set up the kitchens for some of Relais and Chateaux’s top retreats.
She has worked closely with nutritional therapists for the past 13 years and see cooking as one of the most empowering tools to love and look after yourself. She is passionate about the magic and energy of food - passing on her love of cooking and holistic approach.
She trained 2020 in a sourdough Diploma with Dr Vanessa Kimbell (from the Sourdough School) as well as completing a yoga teacher training and level 2 reiki. More recently she has completed a yearlong training as a holistic health coach with a strong focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine, as she loves to weave science, mysticism and delicious food into one.

Arabella is a qualified kinesiologist specialising in hormone testing to optimise women’s health. Her work focuses on identifying underlying imbalances that can impact hormones, energy, mood, digestion and overall wellbeing, using a personalised, holistic approach.
At the Health Optimisation Summit, Arabella will be delivering a live demonstration on hormone testing, offering insight into how targeted testing can support women at every stage of life by addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Her approach empowers women with a deeper understanding of their bodies and practical tools to support long-term balance and vitality.Alex is the Physio Down Below, an independent pelvic health physiotherapist able to see people quickly, who tailors treatments exactly to the individual and offers a very personal and flexible service. She is aware of the growing body of evidence that informs us about how physiotherapy can alleviate, and often cure, pelvic dysfunction using conservative methods.
She believes it vital that every person has the opportunity to feel part of their solution and able to achieve their goals. She understands that there are too many people who do not feel that they understand their own bodies; who are terrified about changes which have happened due to childbirth or the menopause; too many men who feel that they are not having their symptoms taken seriously. She is very cross that women don’t get taught enough about their bodies and how to be sexually confident as there bodies evolve through their life.
As a mother she understands the huge pressures women are under to be fit, return to their pre-pregnant self, to try and balance work, family and herself. She understands that there will NEVER be enough time to fit everything in so we must tailor treatment and exercise programmes accordingly to each individual
