Open Training

“Open Training” is a dedicated time for YOU to attend the studio and train on your own, outside of classes and Personal Training.

You simply book your preferred open gym time online, drop in and train.

Open Training FAQ’s

Do I need a door code or fob?

No. Open Training sessions will have an open door policy, no entry fobs or codes required.

Can I use all and any of the kit?

Yes. If you have not used a piece of kit and need help, simply let one of our team know in your next class and they will demo it for you.

Can I stay and train for more than an hour?

Open Training is booked in hour slots. If you wish to train for longer, you simply book a double slot. If you decide on the day to train over the hour, you will be charged for the extra hour.

Can I bring children to open training?
Children who have had an induction with us and are over the age of 14yrs can train with an adult or instructor present.

Can I bring my children to with me to train?
No. Open Training is not exclusive to one booking. We allow up to 4 people to train in any one session and can not accommodate children.

Can I use the Powerplates?
No. Powerplate use is not included in Open Training.

Can I train in the red lights in Open Training?

No. Red light Training is not included in your Open Training booking.

Can I use the In Body Composition Scanner?
No. The body composition scan is not included in you Open Training. You can book a scan through a member of our team cost £20.

Will you wirte us a program?
Yes. Our team will write one for you (cost form £45), follow our free weekly workout for extra motivation and results or browse our Instagram for archived workouts.
